By using The Changers platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Accounts and Registration

User-posted content remains their property, but they grant The Changers a non-exclusive license to use it.

5. Educational Courses

Courses on The Changers Academy are free and open to all qualified individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any user's account for misuse of the platform. Certificates awarded upon course completion are official certificates from The Changers.

6. Disclaimer

The platform is provided 'as is' without any warranties of any kind. The Changers is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only and does not substitute professional advice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tunisian courts.
